This development is a combination of a Prior Approval to convert the existing office spaces into 144 residential units, and a separate consent to extend the building upwards to create a further 38 dwellings. The proposals also include improvements to the existing building facades, and to significantly improve and make better use of an existing poor quality building, located within a highly accessible location within Reading Town Centre.
